Returns

Please Note:

• You can return your items to Grandstogo within 15 days from ship date.
• Please allow 3-5 days business days from the time we receive your item to process your return.
• Once your return was processed your original payment method will be credited (Paypal or Credit Card)
• For your protection, we suggest all returns be sent back by a traceable carrier.
• The customer must pay all costs related to return shipping.
• Shipping costs cannot be refunded due to buyer remorse or incorrect ordering.
• Items should be returned in “as purchased” condition and with all designer garment tags still attached. If tags are removed, the item will not be accepted for return.
• Please make sure to include a brief statement of what was wrong with your order and what you would like us to do.
• If you would like a refund please indicate that, if you need another size, please make that known as well.
